I'm Shelby Sibanda, the CEO of Vantage Resolutions, with over a decade of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation. As the former Associate Director for Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation, I specialized in data analytics and often found limited time to create the necessary data visualizations.

I understand the burden these places on agencies, which is why I'm dedicated to helping them by providing comprehensive data visualization services. This allows agency experts to focus on using their knowledge to make data-driven decisions rather than spending time creating visuals. My goal is to streamline processes, reduce administrative burdens, and improve services for individuals with disabilities through innovative solutions and strategic leadership.
